15 PRD Artifacts
Derived artifacts of the PRD, one project directory per artifact, per the artifact-family proposal (docs/proposals/20260901_prd_artifact_family.md in the repository — proposals are not part of this deployed site). Sources are versionless — the version, date, release title, and every countable fact flow in at render time from docs/portfolio/_data/, so these pages always reflect the PRD edition current when the site was last built.
Decisions recorded 2026-09-01: refinery edition only for now (no .g/.s fan-out); owner for every artifact: Behzad Samadi; renders are not committed to the repository — only the PRD’s PDF is kept there, and everything below is rebuilt on demand from source at deploy time.
15.1 Available now
- One-pager (PDF) — the family’s gate example (refinery edition). HTML, and a one-page PDF from the same source — the PDF is the Teams-safe copy to send or upload.
- Pilot brief (PDF) — the 90-day pilot distilled from Appendix G: scope, timeline, success criteria SC-1–6, commitments, and commercial terms.
- Security & deployment brief (PDF) — the IT/OT security review package distilled from the Deployment section and Appendix F/F.7, made sendable on request.
- Integrity-loop infographic — the platform’s workflow, generated as SVG with the release stamp read from the PRD’s own version data.
- System-overview infographic — the platform’s architecture, same generation path as the workflow diagram.
- Foundations briefing — the first internal-audience artifact in the family: how the platform is put together, read at four altitudes (CEO, CTO, VP Eng, engineering). Carries no milestone, version, or date of its own.
