18  Case Study Template

Audience: prospective clients (social proof). Purpose: a reference story from the European refinery campaign / MVP v0.2 CUI finding. Reference: First Round Review case-study format; Augury/Cognite/Samsara customer stories. Structure: Challenge → Solution → Result, with a quantified outcome.

18.1 Template

  • Customer — name or anonymized profile (e.g., “European Tier-1 refinery, Crude/Vacuum unit”).
  • Challenge — what they couldn’t do before (coverage gap, manual triage, CUI risk).
  • Solution — what Kav AI deployed (campaign, sensors, 3D model, cross-source).
  • Result — quantified: assets scanned, anomalies found, coverage %, avoided cost, time saved.
  • Quote — from the integrity engineer (with approval).
  • What’s next — repeat patrols / expansion.
